Being a Maternity Photographer from Delhi I am always finding it difficult to find new locations for outdoor shoots. It was such a wonderful experience shooting a maternity photography session on a beach. The lighting was gorgeous and so were my subjects.
I like images that are moody and quiet. Some expectant moms like to keep things light and fun. Make sure to have a discussion with your maternity photographer before the session to ensure there is no mismatch between expectations and results.
Another thing in my maternity photography sessions is that fathers have to be in the frame. This is a partnership and even though pregnancy is a solo venture, I want the fathers to have some memories of this beautiful time as well as the mothers.
It can be an important step in preparing for the baby mentally and to let them know they have to be by your side every step of the way.
Having a baby is both a mammoth task and also an experience of a lifetime.
Make sure to be still with each other . Take a few moments to relish the quiet before the storm.
